We start the day with a briefing on safety equipment and procedures on board. This is followed a demonstration of how to use the fishing gear provided.
On the way to the fishing grounds trolling rods are set with more often Tuna and other catches being had achieved.
The deckhand rigs all the fishing rods then cuts the bait and puts out the bait buckets ready to go when the captain puts you on the spot using high end electronic sonar equipment.
The crew remove the fish from the hooks as you catch them with the deckhand then processing your catch by gutting, scaling then chilling them in iced saltwater.
At the end of the day we provide plastic bags to put your catch in, you pop them into your esky and off to the BBQ you go.
